THE CHALLENGE
Walk or Run every day in May
31 days!
You'll be walking or running your way to a fitter, healthier, slimmer, less stressed YOU in 31 days.
Many of last year's participants have kept up their daily routine.
Walking just 30mins every day reduces your risk of heart disease by 50%!
It takes 3 weeks to make a healthy habit.
You can split the 5km - for example walk 2.5km in the morning and 2.5km in the afternoon or evening.
You complete the challenge in your own time and record your sessions on the peronal log we provide.
For fun team walks (optional) to keep you motivated, meet at the studio every Thursday in May at 5.45am for a 6am 5km team walk.
At the end of the challenge, submit your personal log and you will go into the draw to win prizes.
