Physiotherapy Classes at Rancan Sisters Fitness
CORE CONCEPTS PHYSIOTHERAPY classes run by Nelda petschack
Pilates Reformer with our physiotherapist, Nelda.
Anyone with back, neck, shoulder and joint pain will benefit from a course of core concepts physiotherapy class at Rancan Sisters Fitness.
The deep muscles of the core, or centre of the body surround the spine and pelvic area. The muscles work together to hold and support the back, spine, neck and pelvis.
These muscles are rapidly weakened when there is pain, poor posture, prolonged sitting, following surgery, pregnancy and when there is a lack of exercise.
The weakness of our core muscles can contribute to low back pain; accidental leaking during exercise, laughing, coughing or sneezing; needing to go to the toilet in a hurry; pressure or discomfort in the pelvic area.
The good news is the core muscles can be specifically re-trained how and when to work. Our aim at Core Concepts Physiotherapy is to train your body how to re-use these muscles and to set you on a path to long term exercise and improved quality of life.
10 WEEK COURSE $550 1:1 with Physiotherapist required before commencing the course $120
