  1. All financial transactions on this site are in Australian Dollars.
  2. All prices displayed are exclusive of GST.
  3. GST will be incorporated at the time of finalisation of the transaction.
  4. All credit card transactions will be completed through the eGate secure payment gateway. In the secure payment checkout section of our website our payment gateway site will request sensitive information from you, such as personal details and credit card information. These are fully protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Always look to see if the SSL Padlock appears in the bottom section of your browser and in the address bar at the top for the browser. This means that any information that is sent to and from the server is encrypted to prevent any unauthorised access.
  5. Shipping will be determined by the purchaser at the expense of the purchaser. Additionally please refer to our Shipping Information details.
  6. Goods are able to be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  7. All information received and collected will be used in accordance with our Data Privacy policy.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Rancan Sisters Fitness within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Information

All shipping costs will be at the expense of the purchaser. Upon finalisation of your purchase transaction, please contact us with your individual shipping needs. Shipping of goods can then be arranged.

Individual shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen.

Additional charges may be payable if a package is returned to sender so please note the following when specifying your delivery address:

Someone must be present to sign: All packages must be signed for and cannot be left at an unattended address. Please specify an address where someone will be available during normal business hours to accept delivery.

Shipping fees are not refundable: If the package is returned to us an additional charge will be payable to have it sent out again and a 10% restocking fee may apply.
Also if a you are not able to sign for a delivery, and no authority has been given to leave, a second delivery charge may be added.

No call prior to delivery: Courier drivers will not use their own phones to call you as part of the delivery arrangement.
(They're contractors delivering hundreds of packages per day and the time and cost of such phone calls is not factored into their prices.)

No delivery at a certain time: Couriers deliver during normal business hours but the actual time of delivery depends on where your address falls on the driver's route for that day.
A request to deliver at a specific time of the day cannot be guaranteed.

Hospitals, universities etc: For large campus type premises the Courier's responsibility ends at the main receiving dock or front desk.
A request to deliver to a specific floor or department cannot be guaranteed.

Address security: The security of your address is your responsibility. A signature from any person present at your specified delivery address at the time is proof of delivery.
It is your responsibilty to chase your mail room or reception for your goods.
If goods are marked as "OK to leave", you give the courier the authority to leave without a signature and so responsibility is transferred to you once the courier has dropped the goods at your request.

Best practice: Have your parcel sent to a work address. Ensure we have the following in your details.

Can't do this? Why not organise to have it delivered to a freind or business who can sign for it.
This will ensure you get your goods faster and free up our time from chasing returned parcels to serve you better.
