Poor Posture = Foggy Brain, sore back and shoulders, strained neck, heart disease, overproductive pancreas, colon cancer, mushy abs, tight hips, limp glutes, inflexible spine and disk damage, poor circulation in legs.
Good office desk posture position = Not leaning forward, shoulders relaxed, arms close to sides, elbows bent at 90 degrees, lower back may be supported, feet flat on the floor.
