We bared all on the beach in Surfers Paradise, Queensland, well not exactly all, we stripped down to fluro bikinis for a sculpting workout routine.


Working out all year round has it's advantages. When swimsuit season hits then you won' be caught out scrambling to find a sarong or kaftan to cover up. You won't think twice about throwing on a bikini and jumping into the ocean. 


Use our beach workout, to ensure you MAINTAIN your strength, cardio and muscle tone during summer holidays. 


When you travel, focus on being active not slothful to ensure you return from your trip recharged and re-energised. By all means, take that afternoon powernap, catch up on some reading, get a massage or just lounge around but if you like to indulge it's important to add some extra activity. 
You may lose track of how much alcohol you consume, kJ's or calories, so use a phone APP such as MY FITNESS PAL which will easily calculate your consumption. 

Summer is the perfect time to make healthy food choices. There is a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables available and lean protein such as fish is much more appealing.  Pair this workout routine with a healthy diet and any remaining jiggle will soon be history. 

The Plan
How it works -
Three times a week, do each exercise in order for 60 seconds. 
Repeat the entire series three times.

3. BUTT LIFTING GLUTE SQUEEZES
4. WAIST CINCHING SIDE PLANK
5. AB SCULPTING TWISTS
6. HEART STARTER WALKING IN WATER
7. COOL OFF - DIVING THROUGH SOME WAVES
