It's strange how the Universe works. They say there are only six degrees of separation between every person on Earth … (less now with social media) which is why we continually meet people connected in some way with our inner circle.

Our paths crossed with Shakti Grace some time ago, and she now facilitates the outrageously popular breath workshops at our studio.

Breath work is a simple technique that clears stuck energy and can help you access your higher spirit.

Deceptively simple to learn, the results are profound.

This easy, rhythmic breath technique can be learned in a single session. However, the power of the practice is heightened when done with a group, which explains why our twice weekly sessions at the Hub are our most popular workshops.

What does it do?

Breath work can enrich and transform your life; bringing potent results even when practiced it for as little as 10-15 minutes a day at home.

David Elliott says of breath work:

“The bottom line is that breath is the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way to increase your awareness and connect with the energy of the universe.”

How will breath work help me?

Conscious breathing is a very accessible form of meditation and a doorway to your spirit. Within as little as 7 minutes, you’ll feel begin to feel energy moving within your body. This may be experienced as a pulse, vibration or burst of inner electric energy.

This awakened energy, also called qi or shakti, helps to release fear and inhibition as well as physical and emotional blocks. It can also spark profound inspiration and help you connect to your deepest intuition.

Many participants find that depending on the day, and what is unfolding in their lives, breath work can release physical tightness or long-buried sorrow. But as these blocks and sadness fall away, the healing breath can also unleash a profound sense of joy, wellbeing and inner peace.
