This protein bliss balls recipe is a great way of combating sugar cravings, while keeping up the  protein intake !

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of organic almonds (soak them overnight to get rid of the moulds that cover all nuts)
1 cup of dates (medjool dates are the best choice)
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of melted organic coconut oil
1/3 cup cocoa protein powder
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
filtered water if needed
sesame seeds or coconut

METHOD
This recipe is incredibly easy and it can be ready in less than 20 minutes.
Grab your food processor and place the almonds first, grind them  until you get  'meal consistency"
Add the  remaining ingredients except for the water and coconut oil- process them
Pour the coconut oil until all the ingredients combined start to stick  together (you may want to open the food processor and try to roll a ball with your hands; if the ingredients don't stick together, add a bit of water)
When yu are happy with the consistency start playing around and make the balls by rolling them with your slightly wet hands
Resist the temptation of eating them and roll them in a bowl of sesame seeds or coconut flakes to make them prettier
Place balls in the freezer for 2 hours
After freezing them they can stay in the fridge for up to 5 days

Enjoy :-)
