MASSAGE, FOAM ROLLERS AND BODY BOLSTERS
Getting a massage can do you a world of good. And getting massages frequently can do even more. It can play a huge part in how healthy you'll be and how youthful you'll remain.
Making time for massage at consistent intervals is truly an investment in your health. Just because massage feels like a pampering treat doesn't mean it is any less therapeutic. Consider massage appointments a necessary piece of your health and wellness plan.
Sports massage therapy can help a person manage stress. When a person receives a sports massage, their body releases neurotransmitters called endorphins. Endorphins are released by two centers of the brain known as the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus, and they act as the body's natural pain reliever. Endorphins that are released due to receiving a sports massage help to decrease anxiety, provide pain relief, improve mood and enhance a person's state of well-being.

FOAM ROLLERS
Are you often sore after working out? Do you have tight muscles? If so, consider adding myofascial release to your fitness routine. Fascia — the soft tissue component of connective tissue — can become restricted due to overuse from exercise and stress, resulting in muscle pain, tension and diminished blood flow. Myofascial release techniques can help alleviate this pain and increase blood flow by massaging the tissue. A foam roller is an almost-magical tool for myofascial release: Using it against your overused muscles will create your very own deep tissue massage — no massage table required!

BODY BOLSTER
The Body Bolster is an effective self-help tool to release muscle tension and relax the back.
