SPRING CLEAN YOUR BODY

Spring is the season where we naturally shed weight and have the urge to clear out and clean up.  It's embedded in our DNA. 
Here are some SPRING CLEAN YOUR BODY TIPS: 

1. Get moving 
Adele has recently had a client who has lost 8kg by walking 15,000 steps EVERY day (7 days) and doing a 30min PowerPlate class 5 x week with us at Rancan Sisters Fitness + eliminating sugar and grains.  She looks incredible, toned and fit and looks 15years younger than her real age. 

2. Lemon Juice freshly squeezed in a glass of warm water to start your day

3. 1 tablespoon psyllium husks in water or added to a smoothie every day 

4. Plenty of Plant Food - loads of vegetables 

5. 1 piece of fruit a day 

6. 2 Litres of water every day 

7. Limit to 4 glasses of alcohol per week or none at all 

8. Reduce coffee/tea to 1 a day 

9. 100g protein or less per serve 

10. Laugh with friends 

Commit to 30 days in September to feeling great.  Cut out the sugar and wheat and you're energy will be boosted.
