We promote eating real food, clean eating and getting all your nutrients from what you eat but with an increase in energy output, we like to add some magnesium.
Magnesium is a mineral which helps with many processes througout the body (regluating blood pressure and maintaining strong bones are just two examples), it's the mineral on a mission to maintain your good health.  It's in lots of different foods but because the soil they're grown in is often nutritionally depleted, it's difficult to consume an adequate amount.
Magnesium is important for muscle functioning and when you move a lot, your reserves are used up quickly.
Drinking lots of coffee causes your kidneys to excrete large amounts into your urine.
Magnesium relieves muscle spasms including those that occur in your back and feet.
Magnesium helps your body produce the sleep hormone melatonin.
A good night's sleep is essential to weight loss/control.
Constipation - Magnesium eases this problem by pulling additional water into your colon and improving muscle function.
