Lisa Rancan is Certified STOTT Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat PIA (Pilates Institute of Australasia) and has developed her pilates style a dynamic flow with a twist of fun! whilst still focusing on technique so the client gets the most out of their session. Lisa, accommodates 1:1 and small group classes. Suitable for the beginner to advanced. The benefits of the Mat Pilates group classes are numerous and include relief of lower back pain, strengthened core, lean, toned muscles, improved posture and increased flexibilty. Suitable for all levels, you will be taken through the pilates technique of breathing and stabilisation and control of your muscles through a wholebody session, feel stronger and lengthened. You will be given options to challenge you through the class.
