Lisa Rancan is Certified STOTT Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat PIA (Pilates Institute of Australasia) and has developed her pilates style a dynamic flow with a twist of fun! whilst still focusing on technique so the client gets the most out of their session. Lisa, accommodates 1:1 and small group classes. Suitable for the beginner to advanced. The benefits of the Mat Pilates group classes are numerous and include relief of lower back pain, strengthened core, lean, toned muscles, improved posture and increased flexibilty. Lisa has a very loyal following of pilates converts, teaching Ballerinas, Athletes to the person who has been told “you need to do Pilates”

Pilates Online Class Descriptions

Pilates Mat

Suitable for all levels, you will be taken through the pilates technique of breathing and stabilisation and control of your muscles through a wholebody session, feel stronger and lengthened. You will be given options to challenge you through the class.

Pilates Mat + Equipment*

Suitable for all levels, equipment is used in the class – which can be purchased online OR send an email direct to Lisa@rancansistersfitness.com.au Foam Roller, Theraband, Pilates soft Ball, small hand weights 1kil or 2kilo, mat. This class will keep your mind and body challenged with all the benefits of pilates.

Pilates HIIT

If you would like more of a challenge – HIIT – high intensity interval training

You will increase your heart rate and burn fat with this class.

Equipment: * just you and your mat…if you do have any equipment you will have the option to use it.

Pilates Stretch

All levels if you are a regular walker, jogger, runner – this is the class for you!

Pilates core and strength with extended time spent before and after stretching ALL areas of the body. Your muscles will feel released and lengthened.

Equipment: Mat, Theraband or Yoga strap, or towel.

Pilates Reformer

Do you have a Pilates Reformer @home? 1:1 training is available and OR group reformer class
