Yoga Kayak Course runs during Spring, Summer & Autumn months. A perfect combination of outdoor Yoga and Kayaking at Balmoral Beach. We have seen dolphins, penguins and seals swmiming around our kayaks. It's a beautiful way to 'escape' and reconnect with nature. Sessions are on Fridays and Saturdays.

Join a group POWER PLATE PRO 6 Circuit Training Class. Train in a group of up to 10.
A fat burning cardio workout. Weight training, Interval training, HIIT training, and Boxing. It's a  1 hour workout and it'sweaty.
POWER PLATE is a fast track to a fantastic body, amazing results, sculpting and body fat reduction, cellulite reducing.
Book a 10 week course. 
Best results 2 - 3 x week. 
Rancan Sisters Fitness presents an athletic style of PiLATES Reformer Method class using the Allegro Reformer and Allegro Tower of Power (similar to half Cadillac).
2 x 1:1 sessions required before commencing a 10 week course. Maximum number in group class is 7 participants. Private Pilates Sessions are very popular. Book your instructor for a personal 1:1 session.
TEEN PILATES - Group Pilates for 14 - 18 years.

This is the Original Barre Method Workout. It's the hot, new workout from the USA. Celebrities are sculpting their body, lean and toned like a ballet dancer. The class uses handweights, pilates ball, strap and ballet barre.
Combining Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and Stretching.
