Powerplate Pro 6

Power Plate Pro 6 unites cable-resistance and vibration training, the Power Plate Pro 6 machine dramatically expands your workout options. The integrated Power Plate ProMotion system allows you to perfrom a virtually limitless range of static and dynamic exercises, both on and off the plate while still benefiting from the vibrations. 

 

POWER PLATE PRO 6 PERSONALISED PROGRAM  New clients are required to have a 1:1 training session, then purchase a 10 visit ticket marked off each appointment expires 3 months. Train in a group of  up to 4 clients.  These sessions are $40 per visit.

POWER PLATE CARDIO GROUP CLASS
A group class of 8 clients utilising the Power Plate Machines & Cardio Equipment – a challenging sweat workout for aerobic conditioning, fat burning, strengthening, toning, firming muscles groups. 
In a class of 8, 1 group of 4 will train on the Power Plate (30min) arms, chest, back, abs, legs, & glutes. while the other group of 4 are on Cardio Equipment (30min) then both swap.
New clients are required to have 1 x 1:1 session before joining 10 week course $300.
