When you have registered you will receive your emailed registration pack - Personal Log and instructions for the Challenge.

We want you looking your best for summer and the Christmas Holiday break.
You can lose a few kilos and feel fit and fabulous, health and less stressed with our 3km a day Mini Challenge.

You could be the lucky winner of our RANCAN SISTERS FITNESS gift hamper loaded with goodies.

What you need to do.....
1.        Set  Your Goal.

2.        Walk or run 3km every day for November and choose to add on the extra challenge of giving up sugar &/or alcohol
for the whole month.  (you are permitted 4 alcohol 'leave passes') we know how busy it is with social events leading up to Christmas

3.        If you already walk 3km then try to increase the number of kms per day.

4.        Record it on your Log Sheet. This will be emailed to you or collect one at Reception.

5.        How do I sign up? Go to our website Home Page OR ask Reception to sign you up.

6.        SIGN Group Waiver located at Reception.

7.        Hand in your Personal Log at our Rancan Sisters Fitness Party on Thursday 1st December
Party time: 6.45pm - 9pm - awards, drinks, nibbles & Challenge Winner prize draw at 8pm.

A regular walking routine can greatly improve gastric mobility.
Walking uses abdominal and core muscles which encourages movement in our GI (gastro intestinal) system.
