We have gone from the big Health Club to a more Personalised Boutique Studio – all our classes are like small Personal Training Groups – of 6-8 you don't get lost in the crowd and you get results!

A: Check out the TIMETABLE for the time you would like to attend - send us an email info@rancansistersfitness.com.au if you know what exercise program you would like to start with let us know – if you are unsure let us know we can guide you. Coming soon is online purchase of courses for easy enrolment.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We are not a huge fitness chain – we offer small groups 6-8 – you are getting highly experienced & educated top quality instructors, while working in a small group - caring, fun, friendly group. We like to think of it as the most affordable Personal Training you will find.

We have Member Pre-Paid Rates & Non-Member Pre-Paid Rates.
Membership - pay a one time joining fee of $99 – discounts all your courses, Body Fat% Measurements Recorded, FREE Taster Classes e.g. our recent Members FREE Class was Cardio Power Plate
& Barre workout 1 hr – Members can use the Cardio equipment before OR after their class, Complimentary Grip Sox to be worn in all classes, Member Loyalty Reward points = 1 point for every $100 spent. e.g. Pilates Group Course 10 weeks $300. You attend the same day/time once a week.
Non-Member – pays at a higher rate – no use of computerised equipment – no offers.
As a Non-Member you then pre-pay for your course e.g. Pilates Group Course 10 weeks $400 + $15 Grip Sox. You attend the same day/time once a week.
